The Problem

Our client asked us to look into a knocking sound on a mixing machine.

What We Did

We investigated the issue, and we found worn / missing teeth in a gearbox.

We stripped the machine down, removed the damaged gears, replaced the gears fitted new bearings.

The Result

The machine was back in production with minimal downtime.
